Forest Fired Hearth offers bread and pizza baking workshops at our “forest farm bakery”. The
open air pavilion is home to a small wood fired oven where we gather and share real, hand
My passion focuses on the art of naturally leavened dough using wild yeast starter along with a
slow cold fermentation process. The use of fresh milled flours and hearth baking helps develop
the rich unique flavors we want from real breads.
Workshops at Forest Fired Hearth are small groups, usually 6 people, which allow for plenty of
hands on learning and the time you need to learn this artisan skill. I look forward to helping you
craft your own real bread.
